Director of Development

As a member of Chicago Voyagers’ leadership team, the Director of Development will work in partnership with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, and the administrative team to develop, implement, and monitor fundraising systems and marketing and communication efforts that sustain operational goals.

Assistant Director of Programs

The Assistant Director of Programs (ADP) reports to the Director of Programs, also working closely with the ED and the other Directors to develop and drive the mission and vision of Chicago Voyagers (CV). The ADP supports the Director of Programs in program delivery, fidelity and oversight. The Director of Programs role is primarily focused on field work, supporting Program Leaders and partnerships and will lead groups on multi-day adventure therapy programs.
