Join us for Chicago Voyagers’ 2025 Luncheon, a special event bringing together community members, partners, and supporters to celebrate our organization’s journey and steer toward new horizons as we raise critical funds to expand programs for Chicago-area youth.
Chicago Voyagers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering under-resourced youth through outdoor adventure therapy and experiential learning. Through activities like canoeing, rock climbing, camping, and hiking, we help young people build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills that last a lifetime.
This year’s fundraising event, “Guiding Future Voyagers,” will celebrate the retirement of our founder, and reflect on his incredible legacy, while we look toward the future, and all that we hope to achieve together for our youth as we welcome our new executive director.
The Event Program will include:
Hands-on demonstrations from Chicago Voyagers youth on what they have learned. Try your hand at knot tying, etc. while getting to know more about our programming.
Stories from Chicago Voyagers participants about the impact that supporters like you has enabled.

Event Schedule
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Adventure Reception – Mix and mingle while participating in interactive activities highlighting Chicago Voyagers’ programs, check out our incredible silent auction items, and make a custom cocktail at our Bloody Mary + mimosa bars (non-alcoholic beverages also available).
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Luncheon Program – Enjoy a plated sit-down lunch, hear powerful stories of transformation, and celebrate our impact together. Entertainment and “Fund an Adventure” paddle raise, too!
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM| Silent Auction Closeout – Place your final bids to support our youth adventurers and participate in our final voyage of 2025.
