Below are some steps you can take once you’ve signed up to be a volunteer!

Step 1: Access your Volunteering Profile link by either applying above, checking your status from the same link above, or retrieving it from your email. This link takes you to your volunteering profile with Chicago Voyagers.  It will also have the programs you have signed up for.  

• Please update your information as necessary and answer any of the required fields, highlighted in red.

Step 2: Sign up for Programs!  You can sort opportunities by program(job), location, date, or calendar view. IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 

• Please read the description and shift notes to make sure you qualify for the program.

• New and 1st-time volunteers, please only sign up for ½ day and full-day programs. You will need to complete a background check before attending an overnight

Step 3: Be on the lookout for emails from us!  You may want to add us to your contacts so our emails don’t go into spam or unfocused folders.
