Cultivating Stillness -- Tools for everyday life
Led by Rudy Ruderman
This weekend meditation retreat will focus on cultivating stillness for relaxation, stress reduction, peace of mind, and more. The weekend will include sitting, standing, walking, and moving meditation (Tai Chi). Practicing stillness is essential for maintaining a healthy body and mind. This retreat will provide experiences and tools to integrate stillness into everyday life, and it is suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators.
